Female House Finch perched

March House Finches

March 17, 2018

Female House Finch in the Butterfly Bush

Another week in the NorthEast and another Nor'Easter providing the white winter background well into March. On this weekend in early March we had a number of House Finch visiting.

All photos are taken with the Canon 7D Mark II and the Canon EF 100-400MM F/4.5-5.6L IS USM lens handheld. Post processing is completed in Adobe Photoshop CC with the Luminar plugin for contrast and exposure correction. The Tonality CK plugin was used for the black and white conversions below.

Thanks for stopping by today!
